The epoxy mortar layer used in its infrastructure is made by applying Polin EP 9002 Mortar, a synthetic mortar obtained from epoxy silica mixture that can withstand very heavy loads, by methods similar to screed application. The application eventually creates a floor that is extremely resistant to brittleness, heavy loads and severe weather conditions. Although self-leveling epoxy is usually applied as the final coating, UV-resistant floor paints, etc. are available according to the demands. Top coat applications can be made. It is a very long-lasting and durable system. It is the only solution in heavy load areas where concrete cannot be the remedy.
